   Tell us what you're offering: brand, category, size and condition, plus your contact details and a price idea if you have one. Photos matter most — front, back, the brand label, and close-ups of any details or flaws, sharp enough for us to judge the piece properly.

2. 2 OfferWe will offer you by email, within 48 hours

   We review every submission to see whether the piece is a fit for us. If it is, you'll get an offer by email within 48 hours — completely without obligation. If it isn't, we'll let you know just as quickly.

3. 3 ShippingPack it securely with our pre-paid label and drop it off

   The label is prepaid, so shipping costs you nothing. Pack the piece well enough to arrive in the condition you described — a padded mailer or a sturdy box — and drop the parcel off at your carrier.

4. 4 InspectionWe inspect the article upon delivery for authenticity and accuracy

   Photos tell us a lot, but condition and authenticity can only be confirmed in hand. If a piece doesn't match your description, or turns out not to be authentic, we'll contact you before anything is settled — the shipping both ways is then at your cost.

5. 5 PaymentWithin 48 hours of arrival, by bank transfer or PayPal

   Once your piece passes inspection, payment goes out within 48 hours by bank transfer or PayPal, whichever suits you. No waiting for us to resell it first.
