You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Here is how it works for furniture.

Tell us within 14 days
Use the withdrawal form below or send us an e-mail. The 14 days start on the day you receive the piece.
We arrange the return together
Smaller pieces can be sent back as a parcel. For pieces that cannot be sent as a parcel, please get in touch before sending anything. We arrange the pickup with you and tell you the cost in advance.
Refund
As soon as the piece is back with us, or you have proven that it is on its way, we refund your payment within 14 days using the original payment method.
Declare withdrawal
Please fill out the following form to declare your withdrawal from the contract.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of the return. For pieces that cannot be sent as a parcel, these are estimated at a maximum of about 150 euros. Please pack the piece carefully, as you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check it.
