Yes. Customers in the EU can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The direct costs of returning the item are borne by you.

Go by the measurements, not the label. Every listing includes flat garment measurements — pit-to-pit, length, waist and more where relevant.

The easiest way: lay a similar piece you own and love flat, measure it the same way and compare. Treat any size conversion as a starting point with a margin of one size in either direction.

• Mens M / Womens S — clothing, tops and bottoms alike, is listed in an international letter size, converted from the label. Mens / Womens tells you which cut the size refers to.
• EU 40 — footwear is always listed in European sizes.
• One size — bags, accessories, eyewear and jewellery; dimensions are listed on the product page.

On every product page you’ll also find the labeled size — the size exactly as printed on the label, e.g. IT 44, FR 40 or 32/46.

Often, yes. Pieces from the ’80s–’00s typically run one to two sizes smaller than the same number today. Japanese menswear is cut smaller too, and Italian designer shoes often run about half a size small.

Many vintage Italian labels carry a double size like 24/38: the first number is the waist in inches, the second the Italian size — the one that converts.

By hand, with the garment laid flat:

• Chest — straight across from armpit to armpit
• Length — from the base of the collar down to the hem
• Shoulder — straight across, seam to seam
• Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve
• Waist — buttoned, straight across the waistband
• Inseam — from the crotch to the hem

• 5/10 = Very Used / Very noticeable signs of wear
